These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GOTypingTest.com (the "Platform"), operated as "Type&Earn". By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid contests, add money to your wallet, or withdraw winnings.
• Free practice tests (Exams section) may be used by users of any age, ideally with parental/guardian supervision if under 18.
• You must provide accurate information (name, mobile number, or Google account details) when registering.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts created to exploit bonuses, contests, or referrals may be suspended.

2. Account & Wallet

• Your wallet balance reflects funds you have added and/or prizes you have won on the Platform.
• Wallet top-ups made via UPI QR code are credited only after manual verification by our team, which may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed manually to the UPI ID / bank account you provide, subject to our Refund & Payout Policy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the UPI ID/bank details you submit for withdrawal. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect destination provided by you.

3. Contests & Entry Fees

• Each contest displays its entry fee, prize pool, and duration before you join. Joining a contest deducts the entry fee from your wallet immediately.
• Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a contest has been joined, except where the contest itself is cancelled or malfunctions due to a fault on our end (see Refund Policy).
• Prizes are calculated based on final rank once the contest concludes and are credited to your wallet.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any result that shows evidence of cheating, automated input (bots/scripts), or abuse of the Platform.

4. Fair Play

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of winnings, and/or account termination:

• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to complete typing tests
• Colluding with other users to manipulate rankings
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts to enter the same contest more than once

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, uploading harmful code, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including typing passages, design, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or events outside our reasonable control that affect your ability to complete a contest.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Any remaining wallet balance not tied to a fair-play violation will be refunded on request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnal, Haryana, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
